Your Kiwi Web Hosting LifePlan will provide you the best hosting options for Life, and we mean LIFE.

The account will continue to operate without charges (apart from any additional services you purchase) until you close the account or your business ceases to operate.

Accounts that are registered to a company or other legal entity will continue to operate until that entity ceases to operate or the account is closed by you, whichever occurs first.

If the account is registered to you as an individual it must be operated by you personally and may not be transferred to another person or entity.

Q. What if I sell my business or it changes hands?
A. The name that the account is registered to cannot be changed.

Q. What happens if I change my name via deed poll or marriage?
A. If you change your name by deed poll, or have recently married, all you need to do is forward us a copy of the relevant documentation confirming the change and we will update our records.

Q. Is the name the account is registered to important?
A. Very much so. When you sign up, you will provide us with a range of contact details. The Account holder can be any person aged over 18 years, or a legal entity. The invoice for the account will be addressed to the named account holder. If you purchase additional services at any time, the invoice will be addressed to the Named Account Holder. There may be a need in the future to make changes to some of your account details. If we are unable to verify the authenticity of this request, we may require photo ID in the case of an individual, or confirmation from a company director or authorised person on letterhead. If this is required we will match the details of the account to what is supplied on letterhead.

Q. What can I do if need to change the ownership of the account?
A. With the Kiwi Web Hosting Life Plan, you cannot make any changes to the ownership of the account at all.

Q. What happens if Kiwi Web Hosting is sold, or changes management etc?
A. The terms and conditions of your Kiwi Web Hosting Life Plan will continue to be honoured for life. We are committed to providing one of the best hosting services in New Zealand, and should Kiwi Web Hosting ever be sold to another company, it will be one that is just as committed to customer service as we are.

Q. How Limited is “unlimited”
A. We are aware that in the hosting market, other companies make offers that are described as “unlimited”. But the fine print often says something entirely different. At Kiwi Web Hosting, when we say unlimited, we mean exactly that!

You can host as many websites as you like on Kiwi Web Hosting Life Plan accounts, as many email addresses as you like and as many MySQL databases, FTP users, Stats users, and use as much traffic or data transfer as you like...NO EXCEPTIONS.

Q. But there must be some limit to unlimited....some catch????
A. None. We want you to enjoy the benefits of truly unlimited resources to help you grow your business without pesky fine print and hidden limits. You are bound by our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), which is in place to ensure the integrity, reliability and stability of the Kiwi Web Hosting network. Q. I buy a lifeplan, what guarantees do I have that the technology I buy and use today, will be upgraded and improved on in the future?
A. As we continue to lead the NZ market with new technologies and developments, we will of course be keeping up to date with those technologies that are made available to the hosting industry in the future, they will be made available to all of our existing clients, no matter what hosting plan they have with Kiwi Web Hosting.
